i’ve been whining (what’s new?) instead of actually going to go have a swim as i fully intended to this morning. michelle gave me two very good, very valid reasons not to though – the first being that i should avoid water during the hungry ghost festival because the chinese poseidon would swallow me whole and take me straight to hell. and secondly, the nyp pool is haunted. might sound like the same thing right, but i have imran ajmain on repeat here.

2) i like you. i honestly think (guide’s honour) you did great albeit the lukewarm reception. i would tip my hat in admiration for your great ambitions, but it’s just too bad that i dont like to wear hats. Or maybe i just don’t fancy pompous people.
3) i cant pen it down the way i want to say it, the mismatched metaphors don’t fit so nice. well, duh. so anyway, just allow me to not enjoy the silence. be in a discomfort, just because.
4) i need tact.
5) i dont believe in not apologising. even if endless streams of sorrys result in a seeming lack of sincerity.

might not be anything new to most, but i’d like to point out again that
1) the legal age to get married is 18 (16 for Malay Muslims) but a girl can get an abortion without parental acknowledgement. at all.
